3.1 Unsuccessful Distribution
If we are unable to distribute your music to the requested platforms due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Please contact support for assistance. Refund would not be provided if your submitted music does violates content policies and guidelines.
3.2 Billing Errors
In the event of a billing error, such as being charged multiple times for the same service, you are entitled to a full refund of the erroneous charges. Please notify us immediately if you notice any discrepancies on your account.
