  • Drive business growth in the music distribution sector by identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with artists, record labels, and digital platforms to expand the distribution network.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and enhance the overall reach and impact of our music distribution services.
  • This position is Remote (Work from Home)
  • Specialize in securing sponsorships and conducting vendor research to elevate the success of events. 
  • Drive revenue growth by establishing and nurturing partnerships with sponsors, while ensuring seamless event execution through diligent vendor selection.

  • Manage the onboarding process and scouting events for artists.
  • Facilitate seamless integration of artists into our roster, overseeing logistics and coordinating schedules.
  • Ensure efficient communication and collaboration between artists and internal teams, optimizing their experience for maximum productivity and success
  • This position is Hybrid but you are required to stay in Delhi/NCR. 
  • As a campus ambassador, your main responsibility is to promote the GenRock’s services and Events on your college campus and build brand awareness among students.
  • To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be passionate about music and GenRock’s brand, and have strong organizational and leadership abilities. You should also be familiar with social media platforms.
